I ordered this chicken dish and was honestly expecting it to be a healthier dish and it came out as this incredible chicken in sauce with spinach in it. It was very similar to spinach artichoke dip and was INCREDIBLE. I decided to take 3 days to eat it just so I could enjoy it for longer. Even though it wasn't the "healthier" option I was thinking I was getting... it was heaven. I'd get it again any day. The portion was huge and I really loved the restaurant. The chips and salsa were delicious and service was great!

Wow, what a find! A little bird told me this is the same Eddie that owned Macayo's restaurants. We went for lunch. Plastic dividers separate the adjustable-table booths. The chips were fresh and huge. Two very delicious salsas, red chili sauce and tomato salsa, were served with the chips. She got carnitas street tacos, served with rice, onions & cilantro mix and roasted jalapeño salsa, while I got Eddie's Favorite Lunch, consisting of one ground beef taco, a cheese enchilada and a gigantic bean tostada. All three were delicious, as were her street tacos. The service was superb, making us feel as if we owned the place. Nice clean interior with subtle decor. I'll be back, for sure!

As we walked into the restaurant there was a bunch of people waiting to be seated. We knew we were gonna have to wait as well since we were a party of 7. It was my dad, brother and I first time there. We're visiting from California. Some people had to stand and wait for their names to be called. There was a lot of space since they have a to go counter to put more chairs. Maybe in the future. There was empty chairs in the bar area and empty tables in the dining area too. But since it's December 27th we figured they were short staffed not seating people in those tables. Everyone seemed to work together as a team. We were served chips and salsa. Drink orders were taken pretty fast as well. It was ten minutes before the lunch specials were over but thankfully they got our order in time. We enjoyed our meals. Friendly attentive staff as well. The restrooms were nice and new. You won't be disappointed.

Growing up in Las Vegas Macayos was our favorite place to eat. We would go to every location in town. Even back when the North Las Vegas was open. Our favorite spot was off of E Charleston Blvd. My mother passed away 7 years ago and every year for her Birthday we went there because she loved the food and atmosphere. When they closed down we were heartbroken. This is a place where my family(cousins, siblings, grandparents, friends and so much more)would come and eat so very often. When Eddie's Mexican Restaurant opened we came and checked it out hoping that what we heard was true. Hoping that it was the same restaurant with just a few new things. It is but just so much better. We love Eddie and all the staff members! We just had dinner there again this evening and it felt like it did before when she was here. Thank you for the delicious food and amazing customer service!

I'm originally from Arizona but live in Tennessee now. Hard to find great Mexican food. Every time I visit Vegas, I would go to Macayos. I had to do some research since all Macayos are closed in Vegas. I found out Eddies is basically Macayos with not only the same menu but also a better menu. Fantastic food! About a 20 dollar Uber ride from the strip. Well worth it. Side note. It is staffed with former Macayos staff. Some who have been there 30 years and more! I had what we used to call a cheese crisp but now just called the quesadilla. It's an open very thin tortilla with cheese. Perfection! Also had the crispy shredded beef tacos and fried burrito with enchilada sauce!

Definitely a great Mexican restaurant to eat at if you get the chance! My co worker also got the steak fajita and he said they were awesome so I’ll recommend those as well.

Eddie's serves the old Macayo's menu, and we always loved the food. The restaurant itself is a nice upgrade. It has much the same feel as the last Macayos on the west side but it is lighter and more open.

This place is great. Those of you have been in Las Vegas for a while will love it. The menu is Macayos, a chain that was here for years.
